Affiliated interest agreement between Pacific Power & Light Company and Kern River Gas Transportation reflecting a new general electric service agreement. Kern River has historically been provided service under a deduct arrangement but new facilities will render this service unnecessary. The new agreement will provide long-term power to Kern River using a traditional electric service model. Kern River's facilities are located near Almy, Wyoming and are not included in the Western Control Area Methodology (WCA). Therefore, this transaction has no impact on the WCA or Washington Rates. |
