Summary: Annual Review of all Federal High-Cost ETCs' certifications and reports pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, 070, and 080. Staff recommends the Executive Director and Secretary sign the letter and the attachments for each company, and send those copies to both the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company, in compliance with 47 CFR Section 54.314. Annual federal support for 2017 is approximately $80 million.
