Summary: Line extension agreement for domestic and fire flow water service. The contract provides for distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide water to Town Plaza II, Phase 1 and 2 complex being constructed. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to Stroh’s Water Company the line extension and appurtenances. The company serves approximately 770 residential and non-residential customers near Gig Harbor in Pierce County.
