Order exempting compliance with certain rules in Title 480 of the Washington Administrative Code in anticipation of a possible shut down of the Commission effective July 1 if the Legislature does not pass an operating budget. The order also delegates to the Executive Director and Secretary the authority to enter orders suspending filings received by the Commission following the entry of this Order, to ensure company filings do not go into effect by operation of law during a potential government shutdown. |
