Pursuant to RCW 80.36.110(2)(a) and WAC 480-80-121(1)(b), a 10 day statutory notice is allowed because the company has agreed not to file for an offsetting increase to any rate, charge, rental or toll to recover the revenue deficit that results from this decrease for a period of one year. |
