Less than statutory notice request to revise Tariff WN U-75, amending Schedule 135, Net Metering and introducing new Schedule 137, Renewable Generation Incentives. These revisions move the Renewable Generation Incentives offered in the Company's current Schedule 135 to the new Schedule 137, and make them consistent with Washington Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5939. Customers who have their renewable generation system certified with the Program Administrator will receive an incentive as determined by the Program Administrator and outlined in the Company's tariff Schedule 137. |
