Petition for an exemption from WAC 480-07-520 and general rate increase that would generate approximately $330,000 (1.3 percent) additional annual revenue for Murrey’s Disposal Company and its sister company American Disposal Company, on less than statutory notice. The filing was made to correct an error discovered in the rate calculations in the companies’ last general rate case (Dockets TG-170036 and TG-170037) that took effect March 1, 2017. The agreed upon revenue requirement from Dockets TG-170036 and TG-170037 has not changed, other than the addition of mailing costs required due to this filing.
