Revises Tariff WN U-3 to modify the non-recurring service language and rate elements. The company is standardizing the tariff structure and rate elements with all other TDS Telecom companies. The initial and subsequent service order, central office work and line connection charges have been reduced and the reconnection for non-payment has been increased.
