Summary: This line extension agreement is for domestic and fire flow water service. The contract provides for the installation of a water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide water to developer’s proposed complex being constructed. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to Rainier View Water the line extension and appurtenances. The contract contains a Latecomers agreement for a period of 10 years. The company serves approximately 17,500 residential and non-residential customers on 26 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
