Summary: Affiliated Interest Agreement between Pacific Power & Light Company (PP&L), Arizona Public Service Company, and BNSF Railway Company for coal transportation services in New Mexico and Arizona. The coal will be used to serve the Cholla Generating Station in Arizona. The agreement continues a prior arrangement that expired December 31, 2017. Since the station is not included in PP&L's west control area; there will be no impact to rates from the new agreement.
