On April 1, 2018, drop box disposal fees, set by Waste Management, at the Graham Road Recycling & Disposal Facility will increase from $40.32 per ton to $43.14 per ton for Demolition Debris (CDL) and from $30.88 per ton to $33.04 per ton for Industrial Processing Waste. Annual drop box disposal revenues and expenses would increase by approximately $9,300 (0.2 percent). Other Item 230 rates have been updated as well, but these do not have a revenue impact.
