Summary: Adjusts PSE Lighting Schedules 51 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, and 59, and their corresponding rates in the Schedule 140 Property Tax Tracker. This update applies a reduced O&M charge to rates for LED Lamps in relation to other types of equipment installations based on lowered operational costs. Further, the Capital component of Schedule 53 LED lamps is reduced to reflect contributions made by customers when switching to the more efficient Lighting schedule. The adjustment is revenue neutral except for a $17,018 (0.1 percent) revenue reduction caused by changes in the lighting inventories. Under the proposed tariff, approximately 17 percent of individual lamps will see an average rate reduction of 19 percent and the remaining 83 percent of lamps will have an average increase of 0.5 percent.
