The pipeline safety program fees are determined by deducting from the total program cost the federal funding amount received from PHMSA and damage prevention penalties collected for calendar year 2017. Each company’s share is determined by the fee methodology defined in WAC 480-93-240 and WAC 480-75-240 and the first payment is due September 1, 2018. |
