Line extension agreement for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide water to single lot being constructed. The project will extend a three inch water main 200 feet to serve the customer. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the customer. The agreement also provides for a 5 year late comer fee to the original single lot. The company provides water service to approximately 1,600 customers near Lacey in Thurston County. |
