- 10/19/2018 -- Allowed (Commissioner Rendahl moved to issue an order in which the rates filed by Summit View Water Works, LLC, on September 17, 2018, as revised on October 12, 2018, would be phased into effect based on the discussion we had here. I have a copy of a spreadsheet that staff had given me prior to this meeting about how the phase in would work. I am assuming this would be in the record. So phased in based on 45%, 22%, 22% so that in year four, you would reach the rate, to go into effect in a phase-in starting November 1, 2018, for domestic water, and the rate as filed by the company on January 1, 2019, for irrigation service. Commissioner Balasbas seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0). Chairman Danner clarified that we are authorizing earning on the deferred portion. Commissioner Rendahl seconded that part of the motion. The motion carried (3:0).)
