Summary: Line extension agreement for water main and appurtenances to provide water for the benefit of property known as the Kingswood project. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to Tatoosh Water Company the line extension and appurtenances. For a period of 10 years, the developer will receive a fair pro-rata share of line extension cost from the owner of real estate which taps into or uses the water facilities constructed under this contract. Tatoosh Water Company serves about 130 customers on a water system near Mount Vernon in Snohomish County.
