Summary: Annual Review of all Federal High-Cost ETCs' certifications and reports pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, 070, and 080. As a result of the review, the annual federal support of $85 million was distributed for 2018 and the amount of support for 2019 is estimated to be at least $85 million. In accordance with 47 CFR Section 54.314, staff recommends the Executive Directory and Secretary sign the letter with the attachment and send copies of both to the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company.
