Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-2 to modify the exchange boundary map of the Union exchange in order to transfer territory from an adjacent company. The adjacent company (Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC) is removing the territory from its Hoodsport and Shelton exchanges in Docket UT-190198. Hood Canal Telephone Company is able and willing to serve these additional limited areas where it already has two customers. The modification of the exchange boundary will allow these customers to be included in the Hood Canal Telephone Company study area.
