Revises Tariff WN U-2, Schedule 106, to add a temporary adjustment to deferred gas cost rates. The purpose of this "out-of-cycle" PGA is to begin recovering the large deferral balance caused by abnormally high market prices for natural gas associated with the Enbridge pipeline explosion. The proposed Tariff Supplemental Schedule 106 represents an annual revenue increase of $54 million, or 6.25 percent.
