Summary: Line extension agreement to provide installation of a water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances by Reverie at Silver Creek, LLC to serve 15 building (53 total units, one recreation building and one irrigation service. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the developer on developer’s property. The company serves approximately 18,400 residential and non-residential customers on 26 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
