Annual Review of all Federal High-Cost ETCs' certifications and reports pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, 070, and 080. The aggregate annual high-cost federal support that was distributed to these 34 companies, in Washington state, was $87 million in 2019 (and is expected to be $89 million in 2020). For continued support in 2021 the Commission must notify the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), in accordance with 47 CFR 54.314, before October 1, 2020. |
