Summary: Line extension agreement for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to serve the development known as Jailen’s Place Apartments. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment are to provide service to 78 dwelling units and 1 irrigation service. The cost of the development shall be borne by the property owner. Property owner shall convey to Rainier View Water Company the line extension and appurtenances to include applicable federal taxes. The company serves approximately 18,530 residential and non-residential customers on 27 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
