Line extension agreement for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide fire flow for the development known as MAJ Puyallup, LLC. This agreement covers the provisions of fire flow to Jailen's Place Apartments being constructed. Costs for the line extension and provision of fire flow shall be borne by the developer and conveyed to the company following completion. The company will provide this service in accordance with its current tariff. The company serves approximately 18,500 residential and non-residential customers on 27 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County. |
