Summary: Notice to the commission of the sale of stock and controlling interest in Waste Control, Inc., on June 15, 2020, to Waste Connections, Inc. Waste Control will continue to own and provide service under certificate G-101. Waste Control provides solid waste collection service to approximately 11,000 residential and commercial customers in Cowlitz, Clark, and Skamania Counties. Waste Control’s last general rate increase became effective April 1, 2016.
