Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-60, to include in Schedule 80, General Rules and Provisions, a tariff provision that allows the direct allocation of costs to specific customers when governmental authorities or law causes increase in cost during the extension or modification of PSE's distribution system. Cost directly allocated to customers do not include the ones that are reimbursed by an agency of the government or other person or entity associated.
