Tariff revisions to recover increasing disposal fee costs. On January 1, 2022, disposal fees set by Columbia Basin, L.L.C. will increase from $53.26 per ton to $54.72 per ton at the BDI Transfer Station. The tariff revision also revises rates to reflect the increase in the State B&O tax rate from 1.5 percent to 1.75 percent (0.25 percent increase) that went into effect April 1, 2020, being applied to the disposal fee portion of rates.
