Less than statutory notice request for tariff revisions correcting clerical errors contained in Item 105 – Multi-Family Service. The revised tariff pages now show per pickup charges for multi-family garbage and recycling services instead of a combined weekly rate. There is no rate impact to customers due to this change. These tariff revisions also correct an incorrect rate identified in Item 240 – Commercial Container Service, which was set to become effective on December 1, 2022, when the “Phase 2” rates will become effective per Docket TG-210647. |
