Summary: Annual Review of Federal High-Cost ETCs' certifications and reports pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, 070, and 080. The aggregate annual high-cost federal support that was distributed to these companies, in Washington state, was $89 million in 2021. For continued support in 2023 the Commission must notify the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company, in accordance with 47 CFR 54.314, before October 1, 2022.
