Revises Tariff WN U-60 Schedule 95, Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCA), and electric Schedule 139, Voluntary Long Term Renewable Energy Purchase Rider (Green Direct). This extends the PCA surcharges through November 30, 2023, and the residual balance will roll into the overall customer deferral in the PCA. This filing also creates a Supplemental Energy Charge Credit in Schedule 139 to refund Phase 1 and Phase 2 Green Direct customers.
