Summary: Annual Review of 36, State of Washington, Federal “High-Cost” Eligible Telecommunications Carriers’ (ETCs') certifications and reports filed pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, -070, and -080. The aggregate annual high-cost federal support that was distributed to these companies in our state was $69 Million during 2022. For continued support in 2024 the Washington UTC must notify the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company, in accordance with 47 CFR 54.314, before October 1, 2023.
