Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-3, Schedule 593, Washington Energy Assistance Fund (WEAF) Program Cost Recovery, to recover uncollected 2022-2023 final WEAF program costs as well as temporary COVID-19 grants offered per Schedule 304, as approved in UG-210801. The proposed rate change will result in a revenue increase by $2,752,481 or 0.727 percent. The average residential customer using 54 therms per month will see an increase of 0.67 percent, or $0.51 per month.
