The Company is proposing an overall increase in Residential Exchange benefits of approximately $700,000 or 0.1 percent. The change in rate credit has no effect on Avista’s net income. A residential customer with average monthly usage of 945 kWhs would see a bill decrease of $0.24 per month, or approximately 0.2 percent.
