Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-2 to restrict service under natural gas Schedule 31T to any new customers. The availability of Schedule 31T Distribution System Transportation Service (Firm-Commercial and Industrial) is proposed to be limited to those existing Customers being served under this schedule as of October 31, 2024. One customer receives service under Schedule 31T and will continue to receive service until it migrates to a different tariff schedule, after which time it will not be allowed to return to Schedule 31T.
