Summary: Less than statutory notice request for Tariff revisions that would generate approximately $50,000 (1.1 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the City of Spokane & Whitman County Department of Public Works. On January 1, 2025, disposal fees will increase from $125.40 per ton to $130.42 per ton at the Spokane County Transfer Station and from $132.62 per ton to $141.90 per ton at the Waste to Energy Plant by the City of Spokane and from $119 per ton to $124 per ton at the Whitman County Transfer Station by the Whitman County Department of Public Works. The Company serves approximately 5,000 residential, 900 commercial and 18 drop box customers.
