Summary: Revises Tariff No. WN U-60 to correct a scrivener’s error in the revision number of electric
Schedule 129D, Sheet Nos. 129D-A and 129D-B. The 1st Revision of Sheet No. 129D-A was
effective beginning December 1, 20231 and the 1st Revision of Sheet No. 129D-B was effective
beginning November, 20232. Both sheets were subsequently included in the Company’s
November 15, 2024 filing which was allowed to go into effect on January 1, 2025, but the
revision numbers were incorrectly stated to be the 1st Revisions. This filing does not impact
customer rates.
