Additionally, copies of the Access Recovery Charge (ARC) and Connect America Fund (CAF)-ICC recovery annual forms submitted to the Federal Communications Commission, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 51.915 for price cap carriers and 47 C.F.R. § 51.917 for rate-of-return carriers may also be filed in this docket as well by July 15, 2025 (to the extent that they are still applicable). Furthermore, the most recent Broadband Data Collection (BDC) data may be filed in this docket as well, by April 30, 2025.
