Less than statutory notice request by Harold Lemay Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Pierce County Refuse for tariff revisions that would generate a decrease of approximately $209,000 (-0.6 percent) in annual revenue to reflect the decreased cost of disposal fees set by Pierce County Recycling, Composting & Disposal d/b/a LRI.
