The notice to unmetered customers would go out at least by the next billing cycle if not earlier, and 4) The commission also moves to dismiss the complaint and order that suspended the original tariffs filed by the company. Chairman Goltz seconded the motion. The motion carried (2:1) Commissioner Jones dissented.)
