Summary: Agreement to serve up to eleven (11) additional connections with eleven (11) equivalent residential units (ERU). Cost is $2,424.32, Water System Facility Charge, per ERU and $750 attorney fee. The agreement also has a provision for ERU buyback by the water company should the developer not use all eleven (11) ERUs. Service connection charges shall apply under the company's tariff at the time connection is actually made to the water system. Monthly ready-to-serve charges for this service are based on the company's tariff rate.
