- 09/13/2012 -- Allowed (Chairman Goltz moved to issue an order in Docket UE-100177 finding: 1) Puget Sound Energy has complied with the June 1, 2012, reporting requirements pursuant to WAC 480-109-040; 2) Puget Sound Energy has complied with (Amended) Order 05 in Docket UE-100177; 3) Puget Sound Energy has achieved 636,454 megawatt-hours of conservation during the 2010-2011 biennium. Within thirty days of the effective date of this order, Puget Sound Energy must file a revised report with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and with the Department of Commerce to reflect this conservation achievement; and 4) Puget Sound Energy, in collaboration with Avista Corporation, must develop a consistent approach to claiming Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance conservation savings. Puget Sound Energy, Avista, and Pacific Power & Light Company will jointly propose an approach to claiming Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance conservation savings to the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission by November 1, 2012. Puget Sound Energy will incorporate the modified approach into the development of the 2014-2015 Biennial Conservation Plan required by Order 01 P 37 (Condition (8)(f)) in Docket UE-111881.
