Summary: Proposed increase in Item 230 disposal fees. On February 1, 2012, disposal fees will increase from $103 per ton to $109 per ton for customers whose waste is hauled to the Sullivan Road Transfer Station. The disposal fee will increase from $98 per ton to $104 per ton for customers whose waste is hauled to the Spokane Waste to Energy Facility and to Sunshine Recycler's Transfer Station.
