Summary: Revises language in WN U-60, Tariff G, Schedules 250, 251, and 262 for Commercial and Industrial Retrofit, New Construction Efficiency, and Incentive Programs. The proposed changes allow irrigation and outdoor lighting customers under Schedules 35, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57 and 58 to be eligible for electric conservation program funding. The proposed changes have no impact on rates.
