Revises Tariff WN U-4 to introduce a promotional offering for both business and residential customers that provides a credit for an order of new or upgraded products or services. The amount of the credit is dependent upon the customer's commitment to the length of time they take the products or services, i.e., one month credit for a commitment of for three months, two months credit for a commitment of one year, or three months credit for a commitment of two years. The promotion is limited to a three-month-credit or $2,000, whichever is less. The promotion is scheduled from November 13, 2013, through February 9, 2014. |
