In Snohomish County the monthly credit for residential customers would decrease from $1.04 to $0.54, a rate increase of $0.50 per month, and the monthly credit for multi-family customers would decrease from $0.25 to $0.13 per yard, a rate increase of $0.12 per yard. The company also seeks to be allowed to retain up to 47.5 percent (King County) and 45 percent (Snohomish County) of the revenue received from the sale of recyclable materials during the plan period.
