Revises Tariff WN U-11, the company’s intrastate switched access tariff; specifically regarding Section 6.8.2.C.1. tandem switched transport (transmission), terminating - tandem end office termination (fixed - zones 1 and 2) rates. These rates will be reduced to bill-and-keep when the terminating carrier owns the serving tandem switch. Originating and third party rates will remain the same. This is consistent with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) November 18, 2011, “Transformation Order” (FCC 11-161); regarding intercarrier compensation (ICC) reform, “Step 7” (of the seven step process for price cap carriers). |
