Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-11, the company’s intrastate switched access tariff; specifically regarding Section 6.8.2.C.1. tandem switched transport (transmission), terminating - tandem end office termination (fixed - zones 1 and 2) rates. These rates will be reduced to bill-and-keep when the terminating carrier owns the serving tandem switch. Originating and third party rates will remain the same.
