Summary: Petition for an exemption by Waste Management of Washington’s South Sound/Seattle business unit from WAC 480-70-351(2) requesting calculation of the commodity credit based on the most recent six months of actual cost; request to retain up to 50 percent of the revenue received for the sale of recyclable commodities in accordance with the 2018-2019 King County Revenue Sharing Plan; and requested $2.20 increase (decrease from a credit of $1.42 to a charge of $0.78) per month for residential recycling customers.
