The Company requests a $1.84 decrease (decreasing from a debit of $2.29 to a debit of $.45) per month for residential recycling customers, a $.63 decrease for 96-gallon receptacle per pickup (decreasing from a debit of $0.77 to a debit of $.14) and a $1.79 decrease for 1.25 yd. receptacle per pickup (decreasing from a debit of $2.84 to a debit of $1.05) for multi-family customers. The Company is also passing through disposal costs to yardwaste customers for increases set at the Cedar Grove composting facility of 6.4 percent. The Company serves approximately 1,750 residential and 140 multi-family recycling customers in Snohomish County. |
