Summary |
Revises Tariff WN U-2, Schedule 129D, Bill Discount Rate Rider to recover the costs of its Commission-approved natural gas Schedule 23BDR Bill Discount Rate. The amount trued up for the prior period results in an estimated variance of $8.8 million payable to customers. Rather than issue a refund the Company proposes to set rates to zero to allow it flexibility with potential increases in energy assistance need during the 2025 program year. This revision will decrease Company revenues by $14.0 million. A typical residential customer using 64 therms per month would experience a decrease of $1.02, or 1.09 percent.
