Less than Statutory notice request for a Petition for Exemption from rule. The Company requests exemption from WAC 480-80-102(5)(a)(v), which requires tariff rate schedules to include any special terms or conditions associated with the service or the calculation of rates to be paid for the service. Under the current Tariff Schedule 4, the Company specifies “Bills [are] to be sent out April 1st each year. Payments are due April 30 for a one-time payment or, at the customer's option, payments may be made on a semiannual basis with the first half due April 30th and the second half due July 31st." Granting the exemption allows the Company to delay billing irrigation rates until an Order is issued in docket UW-240589, and allow the Company to charge rates established in compliance with that Order. |
